BNP leaders defeated in polls out to create chaos

Says Quader

Awami League (AL) general secretary Obaidul Quader said on Sunday BNP leaders who were defeated in elections and failed to wage movement are now out to create a chaotic situation in the country in the name of political programmes, reports BSS.
He also issued a note of warning to BNP, saying that none of the party's wrongdoings would be left unchallenged.
The AL leader came up with the remarks while speaking at a press conference on contemporary issues at his official residence in the city.
"BNP will not get any benefit by giving a threat of movement to Awami League as it reached today's position by waging movements and fights on the streets and facing repression, harassment and imprisonment," he said.
BNP's evil attempts will not succeed as the party will not get any support of the people, he said, questioning what will be the benefit of the people to hear the story of failures of defeated candidates.
The AL general secretary said BNP leaders do not have their own remarks rather they read out the messages sent from the bank of the Tames River (London) as like as parrots.
Terming BNP's Nayapaltan office 'a factory of creating rumours', Quader said Nayapaltan office's propaganda and misinformation have created a wall of mistrust among the BNP leaders in reality.
He said though BNP leaders create 'storm of movement' in media, they never stay on streets.
Though some BNP leaders stay on streets, they wait for taking photographs for posting those on Facebook and later they search the path to flee, he added.
Quader said BNP leaders say they will lay down their lives for the party chief Khaleda Zia, but the people did not see a single procession of 500 men of BNP in the city streets.
He said BNP leaders are not worried about the release and treatment of Khaleda Zia rather they are doing politics over the issue.
