Eastern Bank won Mastercard Excellence Award

Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) won the Mastercard Excellence Award in two categories- Mastercard Prepaid Business and Mastercard Online Acquiring Business. Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi handed over the trophies to Ali Reza Iftekhar, managing director and CEO of EBL, at a ceremony held at a city hotel recently. Md. Khurshid Alam, executive director of the Bangladesh Bank, and Syed Mohammad Kamal, country manager, Bangladesh, Mastercard, were present on the occasion.
