Guardian Life launches redesigned mobile app

Tuesday, 2 September 2025

To keep pace in the age of AI, Guardian Life Insurance Limited has launched its newly redesigned mobile application -- Guardian Life -- promising a smarter, more intuitive way for users to manage their insurance needs.
Designed with both existing policyholders and new users in mind, the app offers seamless access to services ranging from purchasing digital insurance products to managing existing ones, all within a few taps, says a press statement.
The app offers a wide range of features designed to streamline every stage of the insurance journey -- from submitting claims to tracking their status and receiving payouts.
Digital insurance products like Guardian Accidental Care and Guardian Cancer Care can be explored and purchased entirely through the app, while a built-in smart advisor helps users find long-term coverage tailored to their needs.
Policyholders can now request IPD cashless service during hospital emergencies, eliminating the need for immediate cash payments.
Besides, telemedicine, doctor appointments, medicine orders, ambulance requests, and even sample collection are all integrated into the app.
"We have been relentlessly working to improve the digital experience across all platforms. Thus, we introduced the new app, guided by a data-driven approach to enrich user experience. This is a key step in digital transformation we envision for the insurance sector," said Sheikh Rakibul Karim, Additional Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (Acting), Guardian Life.
The new Guardian Life app is now available on Android and iOS.
