Three new apex court judges take oath

Three newly appointed judges to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court took their oath on Thursday.
The judges are -- Justice Muhammad Abdul Hafiz, Justice Md Shahinur Islam and Justice Kashefa Hussain.
Chief Justice Obaidul Hassan administered the oath at the Supreme Court Judges' Lounge around 10:30 am.
April 24, three judges from the high Court Division of the Supreme Court were elevated to the Appellate Division, increasing the number of judges in the apex court to eight.
