UNITED COMMERCIAL BANK HOSTS HAJJ AGENCY CONFERENCE
The United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) organised a Hajj Agency Conference at a hotel in Chattogram on Tuesday to further strengthen partnerships with Hajj agencies and ensure improved and seamless services for pilgrims. Abul Alam Ferdous, Additional Managing Director of UCB, attended the event as the chief guest. The special guests included Shariat Ullah Shahid, Chairman of the Chattogram Zonal Committee and Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB); and Mohammed Abdul Malek, Secretary of the Chattogram Zonal Committee and Joint General Secretary of the Central Committee of HAAB. The conference highlighted new initiatives aimed at making Hajj operations easier and more secure. It was announced that a dedicated team would work closely with agencies to ensure prompt resolution of any financial matters.
