Youngsters can help enforce lockdown

Tuesday, 7 July 2020

Since educational institutions remain closed due to corona pandemic, students are mostly staying at home. However, some young people are seen roaming around defying the social distancing protocol.
Using the services of the youth can be rewarding in complying with the shutdown and also helping the authorities implement the lockdown properly.
If local representatives form committees involving the students, it will be easier to ensure enforcement of the lockdown. This strategy may be more effective in the rural areas. By so doing, the students themselves may be more conscious of healthcare and learn social volunteerism.
