2nd phase first-round matches of Premier Cricket begins today

Three 2nd phase first-round matches of the Walton Dhaka Metropolis Premier Division Cricket League will be held today (Wednesday) at venues surrounding the capital, reports UNB.

Dhaka Mohammedan SC will play Brothers Union Club at BKSP ground-3 while Prime Bank Cricket Club take on Kalabagan KC at Khan Saheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah and Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club encounter Legends of Rupganj at BKSP ground-4 in Savar on the day.

In the opening first-round matches on Monday, Dhaka Abahani Limited made a flying start outplaying Khelaghar Samaj Kalyan Samity by nine wickets at BKSP ground-4, newcomers Agrani Bank Cricket Club earned a creditable eight-wicket victory over defending champions Gazi Group Cricketers at BKSP ground-3 while Shinepukur Cricket Club upset Prime Doleshwar SC by five wickets in Fatullah.
