4th Nat’l Youth Men's Handball begins today

The 4th Marcel National Youth Men's Handball Tournament, organised by Bangladesh Handball Federation (BHF), begins at the Shaheed (Capt) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium in the city today (Thursday), reports UNB.

Veteran sports journalist Mohammad Quamruzzaman will inaugurate the 12-team meet as the chief guest in the morning.

Executive Director of meet's sponsor Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar will be the special guest at the function, chaired by BHF president AKM Nurul Fazal Bulbul. Eight matches will be held on the opening day (Thursday).

Participating 12 district teams are: Bandarban, Chapainawabganj, Kushtia, Chattogram, Jamalpur, Panchagarh, Sunamganj, Lalmoirhat, Faridpurm, Bagerhat, Gopalganj and Narayanganj.
