6th round of Nat’l Cricket League begins today

The 6th round of the four-day two-tier Walton 1oT Smart Fridge 19th National Cricket League begins today (Wednesday) at four separate venues across the country, reports UNB.

In Tier-1 matches, League leader Khulna Division will play their main contenders Dhaka Division at BKSP ground in Savar while lowly Barisal Division will encounter Rangpur Division at Shaheed Kamruzzaman Stadium in Rajshahi.

In Tier-2 matches, League leader Rajshahi Division will face Dhaka Metro at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong while Sylhet Division will meet Chittagong Division at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.

After the 5th round matches, Khulna Division dominated Tier-1 list securing 16 points, followed by Dhaka Division and Rangpur Division with 10 points each and Barisal Division bagged 8 points.
