Abahani-Bengaluru AFC Cup tie today

Bangladesh Premier League champions Dhaka Abahani Ltd will play their Group E home match of the AFC Cup Football against JSW Bengaluru FC of India at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the city today (Wednesday), reports UNB.

The traditional sky-blue Dhanmondi outfit have already been eliminated from the meet. They will lock horns with joint leader Bengaluru FC at 7:15pm local time.

Bengaluru FC shared the top slot in the group with New Radiant Club of the Maldives securing 12 points from five matches, but in goal difference. New Radiant Club enjoyed one goal advantage against the Indian club.

Dhaka Abahani were in the 3rd slot with four points from five matches with one win and a draw against another Indian Club Aizawl. They have finished bottom in the four-team fray with only one point from five matches.
