Dhaka Abahani Ltd are ready to take on India's Minerva Punjab in the group E match today (Wednesday), reports UNB.
The AFC Cup 2019 game will kick off at 5:45pm (BST) at Bangabandhu National Stadium in the city.
Six-time Bangladesh Professional Football League champions Abahani are optimistic about winning against former I-League champions Minerva.
Abahani coach Mario Lemos said they were ready for the showdown.
"Minerva Punjab are a very strong team but we have a chance to win," he told a pre-match media briefing. "We'll give our 100 per cent."
The visitors are also confident with their head coach Sachin Badadhe giving out a clear message: "We came here to get three points."
