BD beat Mumbai Railway

Touring Bangladesh Men's Basketball team tasted the first victory in their 2nd match of the All India Invitational Basketball Tournament beating Mumbai Central Railway team by 89-79 points on the 2nd day of the meet in Kolkata on Sunday, reports UNB.

Touring Bangladesh team conceded 82-93 points defeat to Punjab Basketball team in their first match on Saturday.

In the day's match, Mithun Biswas caged 27, Mithun Sarker 24 and Shoeb 11 points for Bangladesh.

Meanwhile, Bangladesh Women's Basketball made a frustrating start in the meet losing to South Western Railway team by 70-107 points in their first match at the same venue on Sunday.
