Bangladesh Under-16 Women's Football team will play their 3rd and last group match of the eight-nation AFC U-16 Women's Championship against Australia at IPE Chonburi Stadium in Thailand today (Saturday), reports UNB.
The match will kick off at 3 pm (BdST).
In day's other match, three-time champions Japan will play hosts Thailand at the same venue at 3 pm.
Bangladesh team participated in a physical training sessions and recovery sessions on Friday morning.
Bangladesh head coach Golam Rabbai Choton said, "Australia are strong team. We have tried to boost up our girls. I hope they will give their best in tomorrow's last game."
Bangladesh, which put in four-team Group A alongside hosts Thailand, Australia and Japan conceded a 0-1 goal defeat to hosts Thailand in the 1st match on Sunday and conceded 0-9 goals defeat to three times champions Japan in the 2nd match on Wednesday.
On the other hand, Australia started their campaign playing to a goalless draw against Japan in the opening match of the competition on Sunday but crushed hosts Thailand by 6-1 goals in their 2nd match on Wednesday.
Japan are now in the top of the point table securing four points, Australia are in the 2nd slot securing 4 points and Thailand are in the 3rd slot with 3 points while Bangladesh yet to open account.
