BFF to launch lottery

The Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) is going to issue lottery for the second time with a view to collecting fund for its development activities, reports BSS.

The authority concerned of the finance ministry has given the permission on Thursday to arrange the lottery programme.

Tickets, worth Tk 20 each, will be sold from March 20 to May 3, 2018 and the draw of the lottery programme will take place on May 5.

First prize of the lottery is Tk 3.0 million (30 lakh) while 624 more prizes, worth Tk 5.0 million in total, will be given to other winners.

A 13-member committee, chaired by BFF's senior vice president Abdus Salam Murshedy, has been formed in this regard.
