BOA ready to hold Bangabandhu BD Games in April

Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA) is prepared to arrange 13 sports of the 9th Bangabandhu Bangladesh Games on April 01-10, reports UNB.

Although the final date of entry has expired on January 31 without women's football, Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) is currently showing their interest to participate in the women's football.

BOA Director General Brigadier (Retd) Fakhruddin Haider said, "BFF did not made entry to women's football in time, now, they are keen to participate in the women's football and we may consider their appeal despite the deadline has been expired"

Meanwhile, the BOA has finalised the games schedule and venues.
