CNS Open Golf Siddikur shares 8th spot

Bangladesh golfer Siddikur Rahman shared the 8th spot in the US$ 300,000 UMA CNS Open Golf Championship after the third round at Karachi Golf Club in Pakistan on Saturday, reports UNB.

The two-time Asian Tour winner Siddikur aggraded five-under-par 211 [71-70-70] and stayed a seven-shot behind the Thai leader Namchok Tantipokhakul who was leading the board with a one-shot above Jakraphan Premsirigorn.

Namchok came back for the solo lead after sharing the top spot of the leaderboard with his two compatriots Jakraphan and Suradit Yongcharoenchai in the second round.

Siddikur traded five birdies against three bogies for a two-under 70 in the third round, following same score in the second round, starting the campaign in the flagship with one-under-71 inside a 3534-yard course.

He shared the 8th spot with four other golfers.
