Cricket carnival in Cox's Bazar on May 02

The 3rd version of the Masters Cricket Carnival (MCC) with the participation of former star cricketers will begin at Sheikh Kamal International Cricket Stadium in Cox's Bazar on May 2, reports UNB.

The tournament was powered by Scan Cement.

Five franchise-based teams-Beximco-Dhaka Masters, Sixers- Sylhet Masters, Ambar-Chattogram Masters, Rajshahi Masters and Khulna Masters -- will compete in the 3rd version of the meet at two venues.

Five teams will initially play with each other on a league basis first phase of the 18-over-a-side match and later top two teams will play in the final on May 5. Channel i will telecast all the matches live.

All the teams have already confirmed their five icon players.
