Girls' doubles event advances to Asian 14/U Series Tennis final

The girls' doubles event of the Asian 14/U Series Tennis advanced to the final on the 2nd day of the tournament at the Ramna National Tennis Complex in the city on Tuesday, reports UNB.

Mashfia Afrin (BAN) and Saajida Razick (SRI) pair beat Masuda Begum (BAN) and Humira Akter Rimi (Ban) 6-1, 6-0 while Khushali Modi (India) and Zainab Patel (India) partner defeated Jarin Sultana Jolly (Ban) and Sadia Afrin (Ban) 6-3, 4-6, 10-6 to reach the final.

Besides, the boys' and girls' singles matches moved into the semifinal stage on the 2nd day at the same venue.
