The Bangladesh U-16 women's football suffered their second consecutive defeats losing to strong Japan by a humiliating 9-0 goals margin in their second group A match of AFC U-16 Women's Championship held at IPE Chonburi Stadium in Thailand on Wednesday, reports BSS.
In the day's proceeding, Maiko Hamano, Momoko Nebu and Ririka Tanno scored a brace each while Manaka Hayashi, Moe Ota and Kyono Hiranaka netted one goal each for Japan.
The women's in green were totally helpless in the ground as they hardly were able to offer any resistance in the one-sided affairs.
Bangladesh, which drawn in group A along with host Thailand, Japan and Australia will play their last group match against Australia on September 21 at the same venue.
