Kool-BSPA Sports Awards ceremony January 6

The Kool-BSPA Sports Awards-2017, a regular event of Bangladesh Sports Press Association (BSPA), will be handed over on Saturday (January 6) afternoon at a function at the Ballroom of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in the capital, reports UNB.

Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed will distribute the awards among the outstanding sports personalities in 14 categories for their brilliant performances in the year of 2017.

The BSPA will also announce their "Popular Choice Award for 2017" at the function from the four short-listed candidates. -- cricketers Mortaza, Shakib and Riyad, and footballer Zafar Iqbal.
