Manchester United have reached an agreement with Brentford to sign Cameroon international Bryan Mbeumo in a deal worth up to £65 million, reports BBC Sport.
The Red Devils pursued the 25-year-old forward all summer and had two previous offers rejected by The Bees.
Mbeumbo could now undergo a medical with Man Utd and join Ruben Amorim's squad before they fly to the United States on Tuesday for the pre-season tour.
The second offer made by United was £62.5 million ($83.7 million) in June, which is the same amount paid for the purchase of Brazil star Matheus Cunha from Wolves. But the bid was not entertained by Brentford.
