National Cricket League 4th round begins today

The 4th round of the four-day first class cricket, National Cricket League (NCL), begins today (Friday) at four venues across the country, reports UNB.

Holders Khulna Division will play Rangpur Division in a Tier-1 match at the Shaheed Kamruzzaman Stadium in Rajshahi while Dhaka Division will encounter Barisal Division at Sheikh Naser Stadium in Khulna.

In Tier-2 matches, Chittagong Division will meet Dhaka Metro at Zahur Ahmed Choedhury Stadium in Chittagong while Rajshahi Division will face Sylhet Division at Shaheed Chandu Stadium in Bogra.

After the 3rd round matches, Khulna Division dominated the Tier-1 league securing 12 points with one win while Dhaka Division and Rangpur Division followed leaders distantly with six points each.

In Tier -2 league, Rajshahi Division topped the list collecting 12 points also with one victory while Chittagong Division and Dhaka Metro followed Rajshahi with six points each.
