Premier Division Kabaddi League begins today

The 16th Premier Division Kabaddi League, organised by Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation (BKF), begins at the Kabaddi Stadium in the capital today (Saturday), reports UNB.

BKF Vice President and Treasurer of International Kabaddi Federation Amir Hossain Patwari will inaugurate the league at 8:30 am.

Four matches will be held on the opening day (Saturday).

Fifteen teams, split into two groups, will initially compete on a league basis matches.

Participating teams are: Group A: Bangladesh Navy, Bangladesh Police, Bangladesh Air Force, Fire Service, Azad SC, Shaheed Mozaffar Smriti Sangsad, Matuail Milon Smriti Sangha and Star Sports.

Group B: Bangladesh Army, Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), Bangladesh Jail, Dhaka Wanderers Club, Maniknagar Kabaddi Club, Institute of Kabaddi and South Bangla.
