Shapla Akhtar earns triple crowns in nat'l badminton

Shapla Akhter of Bangladesh Ansar earned triple crowns in the Ruchi Shamsul Arefin Smriti 35th National Badminton Championship by clinching women's singles, women's doubles and mixed doubles at Shamsul Arefin Gymnasium of Shaheed Aminuddin Stadium in Pabna on Wednesday, reports UNB.

Shapla lifted the women's singles crown beating Elina Sultana of Bangladesh Army by 21-15, 21-12 points.
