Sirajuddin Academy champions

Sirajuddin Ahmed Academy emerged champions in Sylhet Division of the Clearmen Bangladesh Under-17 Football Championship beating Pragoti High School by 5-4 goals in tie breaker on the Sylhet MC College ground on Saturday, reports UNB.

Both the finalists--Sirajuddin Academy and Pragoti High--earned the right to play in the 16-team national round in Dhaka.

Thirty two teams took part in the Sylhet Division of the meet that began on April 10.

Meanwhile, the final match of Chattogram Division will be held today (Monday) at Chattogram Physical Education College.

After the 16-team national round in Dhaka, Bangladesh Football Federation will pick 26 booters for intensive training.
