Bangladesh vowed to put behind the Super Over tragedy as they take on West Indies in the series deciding third ODI at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the city today (Thursday), reports BSS.
The match will start at 1.30 pm. T Sports and Nagorik TV will telecast the match live.
The series is locked at 1-1 at the moment with Bangladesh winning the first game by 74 runs and West Indies clinching a dramatic Super Over in the second game.
While Super Over victory boosts West Indies to a great extent, it was bit mental breakdown for
Bangladesh, which were in control of the game for most of the period.
As per overall stat, West Indies still have the edge in head-to-head battle winning 25 and losing 22 in 49 matches. The rest of the two matches were abandoned.
However, West Indies are highly likely to be unchanged from the series deciding game while Bangladesh may call up the service of Tanzim Hasan Sakib, replacing Mustafizur Rahman.
What the ICC match officials report about the Shere Bangla National Stadium pitch will be something to watch out for. It resembles a puzzle-board with different types of turn and different levels of bounce, apart from being two-paced.
