Tigers to play Test against Afghans with name, number on jersey tomorrow

CHATTOGRAM, Sept 03 (BSS): Bangladesh players' name and number will be imprinted on their jersey when they take on Afghanistan in the one-off Test match, beginning tomorrow (Thursday) at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram.

Normally the Test jersey is completely white with no name and number behind the jersey but with the advent of the World Test Championship, ICC suggested the participants to put on jersey with name and number.

Even though the Afghan Test is not included in Bangladesh's World Test Championship , the BCB prepares jersey for the players with the guideline of ICC.
