Walton becomes title sponsor of Bangabandhu T20 Cup

Walton has become the title sponsor of the Bangabandhu T20 Cup, reports BSS.

The official name of the tournament is 'Bangabandhu T20 Cup Sponsored by Walton.' The much-anticipated Bangabandhu T20 Cup is being organised for the first time with local cricketers only. The tournament will mark the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

An agreement on sponsorship was signed between K-Sports and Walton on Sunday.

Walton Group Executive Director Uday Hakim and K-Sports Director Ashfaq Ahmed signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Walton Executive Director Firoz Alam and First Senior Additional Director Milton Ahmed were also present on the occasion.

Cricket is returning to the field after overcoming the fear of corona. Millions of cricket fans across the country are looking forward to watching the battle of bat and ball. Cricketers are also ready to return to the field after a long break," Uday Hakim said.
