The 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shahjibazar Power Co. Ltd. was held at KIB Complex Auditorium, Krishi khamar Road, Farmgate, Dhaka Wednesday. Among others Rezakul Haider (Chairman), Feroz Alam (Managing Director), Anis Salahuddin Ahmad (Director) Md. Shamsuzzaman (Director), Mohammad Liaquat Ali (Independent Director), Faridul Alam, Asgar Haider, Yeasin Ahmed, ACS Company Secretary Bhulon Bhowmik (CFO) and Shariful Islam (COO) were present on the occasion.
