The 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Dhaka Electric Supply Co Ltd (DESCO) was held in the city recently. Additional Secretary of Power Division and Chairman of DESCO Board Md Mahbub-ul-Alam presided over the meeting. The AGM approved 10per cent cash and 5.0 per cent bonus share as dividend.
