21st AGM of Exim Bank

The 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Exim Bank was held on Tuesday on a digital platform from the head office of the bank. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank Md. Nazrul Islam Mazumder presided over the meeting while Managing Director and CEO Dr. Mohammed Haider Ali Miah was present. The AGM approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ended 31 December 2019.
