The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Northern Islami Insurance Ltd was held on a digital platform recently. S.M. Ayub Ali Chowdhury, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting. Among others, Independent Director Umme Habiba Akter, CEO Abdul Haque FCA, CFO Sujit Kumar Dey FCA and Company Secretary M.H. Galib attended the meeting. The AGM approved 10 per cent cash dividend.
