24th AGM of Takaful Islami Insurance Ltd held

The 24th Annual General Meeting of Takaful Islami Insurance Ltd was held virtually on Saturday. Chairman of the company Tahmina Afroz presided over the meeting. Vice Chairman Emdadul Haque Chowdhury, Chairman of Audit Committee Md Mahedi Hasan, Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee Md. Azizul Hossain, Chairman of Investment Committee Khondaker Mesbahuddin Ahmed, Chairman of Risk Management Committee Md. Humayun Kabir Patwary, Chairman of Policyholder Protection & Compliance Committee Md. Khorshed Alam Khan, Chief Executive Officer Abul Kalam Azad, Additional Managing Director Mohammad Selim & CFO Mohammad Mamunul Islam and shareholders participated in the meeting. The AGM unanimously approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2023.
