27th AGM of Shinepukur Ceramics

The 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shinepukur Ceramics Limited was held using Hybrid System on Monday.

The meeting was presided over by O K Chowdhury, Director of the company. Iqbal Ahmed, Director; Barrister Faheemul Huq, Independent Director; and Mohammad Asad Ullah, Executive Director and Company Secretary; attended the meeting, says a statement.

Shinepukur Ceramics Limited declared 2.0pc cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2024 for the general public shareholders (excluding sponsors) in the meeting.

The shareholders approved the Directors' Report, Audited Financial Statements, 2.0pc cash dividend, appointment of director and auditors for the year 2024-25.
