35th AGM of SABINCO

SABINCO at its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Saturday approved Taka 210 million as cash dividend. Chairman of the Company Ahmed M. Al-Ghannam presided over the AGM which was informed that the company had earned a net profit of Tk 338.29 million in the year 2018. Md. Rizwanul Huda, Joint Secretary, Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and Sultan Abdulrauf, Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented the respective shareholders at the meeting
