35th Annual General Meeting of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited

The 35th Annual General Meeting of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited in progress on Monday at Kurmitola Golf Club, Dhaka. Chairman of the Bank Professor Md. Nazmul Hassan, Ph.D presided over the meeting. Sheikh Moulana Mohammad Qutubuddin, Chairman of Shariah Supervisory Committee, Yousif Abdullah Al-Rajhi of KSA, Vice Chairmen of the Bank, Md. Shahabuddin, Dr. Areef Suleman, Director and IDB representative along with other Directors, Md. Mahbub-ul-Alam, Managing Director and CEO seen. The meeting approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders as well as financial statements of the bank for the year ended 31 December 2017
