390th Board Meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank held

The 390th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held on Wednesday at the Corporate Head Office of the bank. The meeting was presided over by its Chairman A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposals. Vice-Chairmen Mohammed Younus and Mohiuddin Ahmed, Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Md. Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Md. Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Tahera Faruque, Jabun Nahar, and Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, and Independent Directors Ekramul Haque and Md. Reazul Karim attended the meeting. Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and Company Secretary Md. Abul Bashar were also present.
