9th AGM of NRBC Bank held

The 9th annual general meeting (AGM) of NRBC Bank Limited was held on Thursday on a digital platform. Parvez Tamal, Chairman of the board of directors of the bank, presided over the meeting while Managing Director & CEO Golam Awlia was present. The AGM unanimously approved 7.5 per cent stock and 7.5 per cent cash dividend for the year 2021.
