ADN Group joins hands with Korean firms to set up advanced multipurpose assembly facilities

ADN Telecom Limited and ADN Technologies Limited have recently signed MoUs with South Korean companies CND Motors Co. Ltd. and PBS Co.Ltd. to collaborate on sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy, and smart mobility solutions in Bangladesh.
ADN Telecom Limited and ADN Technologies Limited, strategic business units of ADN Group -- one of the nation's largest IT conglomerates -- have signed MoUs with South Korean companies CND Motors Co. Ltd. and PBS Co.Ltd. to collaborate on sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy, and smart mobility solutions in Bangladesh.
The signing ceremony was held at ADN Group Headquarters in Dhaka recently, says a press statement.
The agreements encompass three major projects aimed at supporting Bangladesh's technological advancement and sustainable growth: Assembly and Supply of Electric three-wheeler, Intelligent Traffic Management & AI-based Traffic Signal Solutions, Solar Streetlight Installation Project.
As part of the MoUs, ADN will initiate preliminary steps to establish assembly facilities and drive sustainable technology projects in the Hi-Tech Park and will also oversee market development and regulatory compliance. The Korean counterpart will provide cutting-edge technology, equipment, and technical expertise.
"By combining international expertise with local capabilities, we are paving the way for smarter cities, cleaner energy, and modernised mobility," said Asif Mahmood, Chairman of ADN Group.
Henry Hilton, Managing Director of ADN Telecom; A M Ehsan-ul Haque, COO of ADN Technologies; Mohammad Nazim Uddin, CFO ADN Group; Md Nasimul Hoq Majumder, Director of Government Business Development of ADN Technologies; and Oh Sung-Lok, Chairman CND Motors; and Joe, Director, CND Motors; were present at the signing ceremony.
