Ali, Bari made Janata Bank GMs

Masfiul Bari and Mohammed Amir Ali have been appointed general managers of Janata Bank Limited, a state-owned commercial bank of the country, said separate statements of the bank.

In his 31-year career as a banker, Masfiul Bari served the Janata Bank as manager at its different branches across the country, area chief and head of HR at its headquarters in the capital.

Among the two newly-promoted officials, Md. Amir Ali has joined the Monitoring and Compliance Division at the bank's head office. He started his career as a senior officer of the bank in 1988.
