ALLIANCE FINANCE APPROVES 7.5PC CASH DIVIDEND AT ITS AGM

Alliance Finance PLC (AFPLC) has approved a 7.50% cash dividend for the year that ended on December 31, 2025 at the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held its Head Office in Dhaka recently. AFPLC is a joint venture between People's Leasing and Finance PLC of Sri Lanka and reputed business conglomerates and individuals of Bangladesh. Most local shareholders joined physically while foreign shareholders joined the AGM virtually. Jowher Rizvi, the Chairman of the finance company, presided over the meeting.
