The 28th Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration & Production Company Ltd. (BAPEX) was held in the city recently, with its Chairman Nazimuddin Chowdhury in the chair. The 28th Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration & Production Company Ltd. (BAPEX) was held at Bangladesh Shooting Sports Federation at Gulshan in the city recently.
The shareholders and members of the Board of Directors of the company attended the meeting, with Nazimuddin Chowdhury, Chairman of BAPEX Board and Secretary of Energy and Mineral Resources Division, in the chair.
The AGM approved the audited accounts, auditors' report and financial statements of the company for the fiscal year 2016-2017.
At the AGM, the shareholders and members of the Board of Directors expressed satisfaction over multidimensional activities of the company and placed suggestions for strengthening BAPEX, said a statement.
