BKB WINS 2ND PRIZE FOR REMITTANCE COLLECTION

The inaugural ceremony of the 'World Conference Series 2026' organised by the Centre for Non-Resident Bangladeshi (NRB) was held at a city hotel on Sunday. At the event, awards were presented to the top 10 banks for foreign remittance collection. Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) received the second prize, the Silver Award, for ranking second among all banks in the country. Managing Director of the bank Sanchia Binte Ali received the award from Information and Broadcasting Minister Zahir Uddin Swapon at the event. State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shama Obaed Islam was also present at the event presided over by Chairperson of the Centre for NRB MS Shekil Chowdhury.
