BRAC Bank has recently organised Annual Business Continuity Plan Drill 2024 to test and streamline its preparedness in the event of a disaster. The daylong drill included a simulation in which critical units vital to banking operations, such as account services, asset operations, cards operations, payments & transactions, trade services, treasury operations, finance, agent banking, call centre, among others, performed their activities smoothly with minimum disruptions at that site. More than 100 officials from 26 departments performed several critical tasks identified as vital to bank's business operations.
