Syed Abdul Momen, additional managing director and head of SME Banking at BRAC Bank, has been awarded 'SME Banker of the Year - Bronze' at the Qorus SME Banking Awards 2025.
Held at the Qorus Reinvent Forum in Vienna, Austria, the awards honour outstanding achievements and contributions to SME banking and spotlight innovation, impact, and transformation, according to a statement.
This accolade places Mr. Momen alongside industry leaders like Gold winner Okay Yildirim of QNB Türkiye and Silver winner Raymond Chui of Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad.
The winners were determined through a rigorous process that combined public voting in 47 countries with evaluation by an expert jury panel.
