COMMUNITY BANK PARTNERS WITH BB TO PROMOTE ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Community Bank Bangladesh PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the SME and Special Programmes Department (SMESPD) of Bangladesh Bank (BB) to implement the Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) under the Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Programme (SICIP) of the Finance Division, Ministry of Finance. On behalf of Bangladesh Bank, Nawshad Mustafa, Director, and Md Nazrul Islam, Programme Director (PD) and Additional Director of SMESPD, and on behalf of Community Bank, its Managing Director (Current Charge) Kimiwa Saddat signed the MoU at the Bangladesh Bank recently. Nurun Nahar, Deputy Governor, and Husne Ara Shikha, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, were present at the signing ceremony.
