Concord Real Estate Ltd. has started construction of Concord Villa Bellanova, a luxury residential project on Road 36 at Gulshan in Dhaka.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held recently to mark the start of construction. The event was attended by senior officials of Concord, landowners, and key stakeholders, says a press statement.
The project is located a short distance from Gulshan Central Mosque and is surrounded by embassies, international schools, and cultural centers. According to Concord, the development is designed to offer privacy and accessibility in a central location.
Villa Bellanova will consist of 12 apartments, with each unit occupying an entire floor and covering approximately 2,920 square feet. The north-facing building opens onto a 55-foot-wide road. Planned features include landscaped entry areas, a reception lobby, basement parking, and a driveway for easier access.
Amenities will include a rooftop swimming pool, a gym, a private lounge, and an open BBQ patio. The building will also have 24-hour security, a modern firefighting system, and optional home automation.
