DELTA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY HOLDS 38TH AGM

The 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Delta Life Insurance Company Ltd was held virtually on Saturday. Chairman of the Board of Directors Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder presided over the meeting. Independent Director Barrister Fida M Kamal was present at the meeting while Additional Secretary of the finance ministry Md Azimuddin Biswas was present as observer. Shareholders of the company approved the audited accounts for the financial year 2023 and 30 per cent cash dividend against the face value of per share Tk 10.
