Delta Life's board reconstituted:

 A meeting of the newly reconstituted Board of Directors of Delta Life Insurance Company Limited was held on Thursday. The Board of Directors has been reconstituted after the Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) withdrew the suspension of the Board of Directors as well as the administrator. Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder, MP, and Prof Dr Md Jonaid Shafiq will act as chairman and vice chairman of the Board respectively. Chairman, vice chairman and other directors were present in the meeting.
