Disbursement of dividend

Mercantile Insurance Company Ltd: The company disbursed the cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2019 to the respective shareholders' bank accounts through BEFTN system.

Islami Insurance Bangladesh Ltd: The bonus shares of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2019 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts and it has also disbursed the cash dividend to the respective shareholders.
